Turn on/off "Help Features within the system?

Step by Step Guide:

First - What are help features?

Help features are the Red Dots and Ticks used on Booked Jobs / Grouped Jobs / Quoted Jobs to help users complete the job and fill in the missing fields.

Red Dots are used to demonstrate to the user - This Tab is incomplete.

Ticks are used to demonstrate to the user - This Tab is complete.



Under each tab that is uncompleted, there is a "Hint" with text to help the user complete the fields required




How to turn on/off "Help Features

1. Click " Tools & Settings"

2. Click "General Settings"

3. "Hide Help Features  Help features assist users with helpful hints and additional clues to help them progress through the system."

4. Click "Edit"

5. Click "Value" - Only tick if you wish to hide the Help features from all users.

6. Click "Save"
