Quotes - reason for rejection

When quotes are rejected (either by an operator, or by a customer via the Customer Portal), the user is prompted to provide a reason that the quote was rejected.

This reason and the date/time/person details of the rejection are then displayed at the top of that quote.

The following columns are available on the Job Quotes page/report in order to provide full details:

  • Accepted/rejected by
  • Accepted/rejected on
  • Is accepted/rejected?
  • Reason for rejection
  • Reason for rejection (if other)

You can add/remove the different options available for the reason for rejection here:

Tools & Settings -> Sales & Aftercare -> Reason For Rejection
