Customizing invoice, credit note and quote templates

You can customize which fields are displayed in the 'info area' on invoices, credit notes and quotes.

To do this, use the dedicated page in Tools & Settings -> Finance & Accounting -> Invoice / Credit Note / Quote Templates.

On this page, you can see all the available fields.

  • To add a field, check the box next to that field.
  • Each field can be dragged and dropped to reorder the fields within a column, or to move the field to a different column.
  • To add more columns, click on the '+' button.
  • To remove a column, click on the 'remove column' link.

When you are happy with your configuration, click the 'Save' button to save your changes.

To delete a custom template and restore the default layout, click in the 'Revert to Default' button.
