Adding additional invoice and quote contacts

Each customer can have an assigned contact marked as the "invoice contact", and another marked as the "quote contact".

These contacts are used to automtically populate the email address that invoices and quotes are sent to.

You can add additional email and quote contacts by selecting the special checkboxes on each contact accordingly.

Additional email and quote contacts are added as the default CCs to invoice and quote notifications emails.

As always the email and CCs/BCCs can always be changed manually on a per-invoice or per-quote basis, if desired.
